I work with people who are tired of holding everything together. You might look like the strong one on the outside, but underneath, you’re burned out, overwhelmed, or feeling like you’re always one step behind. Many of my clients show up in therapy feeling stretched thin, emotionally flooded, or frustrated that nothing they’ve tried seems to stick. Whether you’ve been busy managing everybody else, overfunctioning, or just pushing through for far too long — you’re in the right place.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t hand you generic advice or try to “fix” you. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and build tools that actually work for you. Humor, honesty, and compassion are the core foundation of this process.

I offer online therapy across Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina. Services include individual and couples therapy, 3-hour intensives, clinical supervision in PA for early-career therapists, and profesional consultation nationwide for other professionals.
